Based on a catalytic oxidation reaction for the treatment of organic substances, the gas cleaning process is carried out with lower temperature using high-performance base-metal and precious-metal catalysts.

Airprotech designs catalytic oxidizers with different configurations, catalyst material can be installed in form of pellets or honeycomb, in some cases the system is integrated with heat exchanger to regenerate the heat of exhaust gases.

Catalytic oxidizers properly sized and accurately designed can guarantee the highest performances for the abatement of volatile organic compounds VOC and CO, thus consequently the lowest emissions to the atmosphere.
